1. Scope
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.
Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade, business, or profession.
2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, and Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Loyalty Clothing.
By placing our products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items.
You can first place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the order process.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in your shopping cart by clicking the order button.
Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text
The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German and English.
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms & Conditions in text form.
You can view the contract text in your customer account.
4. Delivery Conditions
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs apply.
Details about the amount of shipping costs can be found in the respective offers.
We deliver only via shipping.
Unfortunately, self-collection of goods is not possible.
We also do not deliver to parcel stations (Packstationen).

6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects immediately to the delivery service and contact us without delay.
Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your statutory rights or their enforcement, especially regarding warranty claims.
However, doing so helps us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
8. Warranty and Guarantees

Information about any additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with each product and on special information pages in our online shop.
9. Liability
We are always fully liable for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents:

in the event of injury to life, body, or health,

in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,

for guaranteed characteristics, if agreed, or

if the scope of application of the Product Liability Act (ProdHaftG) applies.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) through slight negligence by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage that may typically occur upon conclusion of the contract.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
