Return Instructions
Please follow the steps below if you wish to return an item to us:
Step 1:
Before sending your item, please make sure the following criteria are met:
- The item is in its original condition, including all tags and packaging.
- The item is unworn and unwashed.
- The return request is made within 14 days after receiving the goods.
Step 2:
Please pack your item in its original packaging and send it to:

Print and fill out the return form, and include it inside the package.
Step 3:
Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 14 days.
The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for your original order.
If you received a defective or wrong item, we will of course send you a free return label.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded before delivery.
Only after receiving the product, a return and refund are possible.
Damaged or worn items will not be accepted and will be returned at the buyer’s expense.
Removing any labels or tags violates our return policy.
You will receive a response from us within 24 hours.
