Please follow these steps if you would like to return an item to us:
Step 1: Before sending your item(s), please make sure the following criteria are met:
- The item is in original condition with all labels etc.
- The item is unworn and unwashed
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods
Step 2: Please pack your item(s) in its original packaging and send it to:

Print and fill out the form and put it in the package.
Step 3: Once we have received your return, we will process it within 14 days. The invoice amount will be refunded to you using the same payment method used to place the order.
If you have a defective/wrong item received or their product exchange for a different color/size we will definitely send you a free return label. Please contact our customer support:

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or canceled. It is only possible to refund the product after receipt of the goods.
Damaged or worn goods will not be accepted and will be returned at the buyer's expense.
You will receive an answer within 24 hours.
